bat393 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bat393 or using any part of the platform — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets or accessing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and bat393.

If you are accessing bat393 on behalf of a third party, or if you are using another person's account, these terms still apply and the registered account holder remains fully responsible for all activity on the account.

bat393 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

bat393 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the bat393 service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

bat393 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification — at any time. If a player cannot satisfy age verification requirements, the account will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation will be dealt with in accordance with applicable procedures. We do not knowingly allow minors to access or use the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one bat393 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is not permitted and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth and contact details. bat393 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed necessary. Identity verification documents may include a CNIC, passport or utility bill issued in Pakistan.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your bat393 login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone. bat393 will never ask you for your password by email, phone or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. bat393 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

bat393 processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and supported debit/credit cards. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed clearly at the time of deposit. bat393 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your wallet or bank directly.

Deposit funds are credited to your bat393 PKR balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with your payment reference number and we will investigate promptly.

bat393 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits made using someone else's JazzCash wallet, bank account or card — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of funds.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are using belong to you legitimately and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your bat393 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in your account settings. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed within a few hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days depending on your bank.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, bat393 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process and once your account is verified, future withdrawal requests are handled without further documentation unless circumstances change.

bat393 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bat393 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and event-specific campaigns tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket series. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse

bat393 does not permit bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a way designed to exploit the wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. If bat393 determines that a player has abused a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided and the account may be suspended.

7. Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bat393 does not guarantee that odds remain unchanged between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed.

• In the event of an obvious error in the displayed odds — such as a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — bat393 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance.

Rain rules, DLS method and match interruptions are handled in accordance with published cricket betting rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bat393. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another player's account.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent platform restrictions or geo-limitations.
• Abusing customer support staff — verbal abuse, threats or deliberately misleading support agents will not be tolerated.
